Terms & Conditions for Lactation Consultations

  • Please contact me to confirm availability before making a booking. Once scheduled and payment is received, your consultation is confirmed.

  • If you need to cancel with more than 24 hours' notice, I'm happy to refund you — however, the bank/payment processing fee I incur on your transaction (approx. 9%) is non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund. This fee is charged by my payment provider and isn't something I can recover.

  • Currently Lactation Consultations are available on Tuesday mornings, and Friday afternoons.

  • Mileage is included for in person consultations between Johnsonville and Tawa. For other locations mileage costs will apply.

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may not be eligible for a refund, as this doesn't allow enough time to reschedule the appointment.

  • If I'm unable to provide your consultation for any reason, you'll receive a full refund.

Family looks different to everyone, especially for those in LGBTQ+ relationships. You are welcome in Rachel’s class, no matter which of the partnership is pregnant, and how your relationship may look to others. If you are made to feel uncomfortable in class, please contact Rachel or Dana directly so she is able to manage any situation that may arise.

    • Any person who exhibits behaviour during class, in person or online, that is not in keeping with this mindset may be asked to leave class without refund.
